Retention We retain your vault and generated documents while your account is active. You may delete your account in Settings; we delete the tenant subtree under your user id. The service aiApply helps you prepare job applications: document ingestion, job-fit analysis, and generation of CVs and cover letters grounded in your approved career memory. We prepare documents; we do not apply to jobs on your behalf. 2. Your responsibilities You provide accurate source documents and review all generated content before use. You are responsible for what you submit to employers. You must not use the service for unlawful scraping, auto-apply, or impersonation. You keep your login credentials secure. 3. Tokens and billing AI actions consume tokens from your wallet. New accounts may receive a trial grant as published in the app. Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Token costs and trial terms are shown in Settings and may change with notice. 4. Intellectual property You retain ownership of documents you upload and outputs you generate. We retain rights in the software, brand, and aggregated anonymised usage metrics. 5. Availability and changes We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
