These terms govern your use of aiApply.ch. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
aiApply helps you prepare job applications: document ingestion, job-fit analysis, and generation of CVs and cover letters grounded in your approved career memory. We prepare documents; we do not apply to jobs on your behalf.
2. Your responsibilities
- You provide accurate source documents and review all generated content before use.
- You are responsible for what you submit to employers.
- You must not use the service for unlawful scraping, auto-apply, or impersonation.
- You keep your login credentials secure.
3. Tokens and billing
AI actions consume tokens from your wallet. New accounts may receive a trial grant as published in the app. Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Token costs and trial terms are shown in Settings and may change with notice.
4. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of documents you upload and outputs you generate. We retain rights in the software, brand, and aggregated anonymised usage metrics.
5. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves. Material changes to these terms will be posted here.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, aiApply is not liable for indirect damages or for hiring outcomes. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
